Michaela Schwab studied jazz piano at the Richard-Strauß-Konservatorium (academy of music based in Munich, Germany) with Tizian Jost beeing her tutor. She attended voice lessons with Benny Gillette (New York) and Bianca Harrison among others.
Her versatile repertoire includes swinging jazz classics, Latin, Funk as well as contemporary songs by artists such as Norah Jones and Katie Melua.
She also presents her own songs with great enthusiasm and emotion. Her voice has an impressive wide spectrum and can sound both smoky and cristal clear.
Her performance is full of strong feelings, tenderness and musical surprises.
